Return and Exchange Policy:
Replacement within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date the product reaches the customer.
Required:
1- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and undamaged, and wrapped in the original packaging and labels of the product.
2- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (underwear products)
3- The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return, in addition to bank fees.
4- Shipping and return fees to Saudi Arabia (30 riyals) and the rest of the Gulf countries (80 riyals) or equivalent.

• Order number + invoice number
• Customer name
• The name of the product to be replaced or returned, and provide us with the required size.
• Reason for replacement/return
• You will be informed of the return order method and will be served directly once your order is received and the item and its accessories are in good condition.
• (Bank name + IBAN number + account holder name) * The account holder name must match the invoice holder name.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the shipment.
